Booking Policy By booking an appointment with Wicked Nails, you agree to the following: • ⏰ Arrive on time – If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and charges may still apply. • 💳 Deposits are required – Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. • ❌ Cancellations – Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee or loss of deposit. • 🧴 Health & Safety – Please let me know about any allergies, conditions, or nail concerns before your service. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
2. Late cancellations (less than the required notice period) will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the service cost.
3. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full service amount and may result in refusal of future bookings
